One of the hacker from the group anonymous may face 16 years in prison for exposing Steubenville rape scandal. The sad part is that the rapists are still free to roam.
Deric Lostutter is an anonymous member hacker that made an effort on his own to expose a violent rape of an under age girl in Steubenville, Ohio.
However, the federal government has a different approach to his heroic efforts. He is now being trialed in federal courts on felony of hacking.
If he is found guilty by the court, he may face 16 years in prison. However, in his defence, he has plead not guilty.
According to Lostutter’s letter, he said he used his right of free speech to expose a crime through the media.
