Australia Lacks Investment In Cybersecurity
According to University of NSW cyber security professors, The Australian government’s latest efforts in cyber security strategy are not enough to deal with the spreading cyber security threats and issues.
The paper released by the university details how Australia isn’t taking cyber security as seriously as other big nations like UK and US do. According to them, both US and UK consider cyber security to be one of the biggest threats and national priorities while Australia doesn’t.
The Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull came under direct fire for not taking cyber security seriously. The current strategy is not enough to deal with rising secuirty threats.
