The Software Assurance Marketplace (SWAMP) was announced in 2014 and it was quickly supported by $23+ million grant from DHS Science and Technology Directorate.
The SWAMP project was well appropriate and its intentions were great when it was introduced. But since then, it has suffered in some places like for example, its lacking relevant features.
The SWAMP project is now lacking on its original vision by not having the features it should have especially in the code support department. Users are complaining that the site usability is abysmal and has many bugs on it.
