New Study Reveals Nearly 1 In 3 Consumers Are Facing Card Fraud
In the past five years, around thirty percent of consumers around the world have experience card fraud. This number was revealed in a recent data acquisition by ACI Worldwide and Aite Group.
The study was based on 6,000 consumers from at least 20 different countries around the world. It revealed that if benchmark numbers from 2014 are compared to current year, unauthorized access or activity on payment cards like debit, prepaid and credit is on the rise.
It was found that Mexico is facing the most problems in the world with nearly 56% consumers facing card fraud. Following was Brazil at 49%.
