One In 10 People Are Now Victim Of Online Fraud/Offence
If you regularly use tablets, computers and smartphones, or other digital gadgets that use internet, you are 20 times more likely to be a victim of online fraud or offence.
A surge in cybercrime was recently found by a study which found that nearly 6 million people were victims of some kind of an online offence last year. This means around one in 10 people from entire adult population was victimized.
Online cyber crime is getting on the rise because technology is becoming a norm and nearly everyone from all backgrounds, ages and countries are now connected online.
