U.S. Cyber Command Is Failing To Retain Top Industry Talent
The U.S.Cyber Command works day and night to secure top talent through recruitment but these efforts are overlooked when they are unable to keep the same talent they hired.
So far nearly most of the top talent recruited has left U.S. Cyber Command in favor of private companies or organizations for better pay and job security.
Maj. Gen. Paul Nakasone told in an interview that the U.S Cyber Command already offers great career forging through their job packages, but it is still not enough to retain the top talent. He admitted that they have to introduce better pay and benefits if they are to keep the talent.
